Complimentary Starter Pack
When you arrive at JenJon holiday home we generally provide a welcome drink. At some locations we give a starter pack of basic household items that includes a small supply of soap powder, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dish cloths and mosquito repellent. When these are exhausted, you will need to purchase more.
Our house managers, each have their own properties to look after and will prepare your accommodation for your arrival apart from keeping a keen eye on things during your holiday. To ensure the smooth running of the property and to ensure your comfortable stay we provide a report form in each Holiday Home where you can record anything that needs attention.
Each property has a cleaning service once in two days of your stay. The cleaner’s daily duties include: Cleaning bathrooms, bed making, sweeping, dusting, washing pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen etc. Cleaner’s responsibilities do not include food preparation or cooking, shopping, ironing of personal laundry items etc.
Local taxes, Gas and Electricity
There are no hidden charges. The price of your holiday rental excludes all local taxes but includes gas and electricity charges.
Bed Linen and Towels
All fresh bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied and laundered after 2 days of your stay.
Arrival and Departure
Property Briefing : On arrival or shortly after, a member of the JenJon Holidays team will meet you at your property where you will receive a short briefing on how the Holiday Homes work.
Departure Meeting: At a pre-arranged time during the last day of your holiday, a member of the team will call to see you to reconfirm your return arrangements, note any breakages and clear any charges.
Assistance During Stay
You have chosen a private holiday and we intend to respect your privacy. However, if you require assistance, our office is open 7 days a week from 10.00 a.m. till 9.00 p.m. and you will be provided with an out of hours emergency contact number should you require emergency assistance.
If there is anything else you want to know then the friendly JenJon Holidays Team, are all available to give honest and impartial advice and offer additional assistance, if needed. We will understand if you want to do your own thing, but if you need us, we are just a phone call away.
You will see us if you want – if you do not, you won’t.
On each Holiday Home description we give the maximum occupancy possible within the configuration of the beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. However, if your party requires additional sleeping accommodation then we may be able to offer additional sleeping arrangements – please enquire about this. There is an extra charge per day per extra bed. Bed linen and towels are included.
