Step 1. Check on Availability
Choose a property from the website and fill in the on-line Holiday Enquiry Form and submit. Alternatively you call our Call Center Number 8080-645-646. The Sales Manager will let you know the availability and the rental of the Holiday Home that you wish to book. All rentals are inclusive of taxes.
Step 2. What to Pay and When
Since you are booking in advance to secure the booking you need, only 25- 35% of the total Holiday Home Rental would be required. The Sales Manager will advise you the details of the booking amount payable and the specified timeline to do so. Any extra services you have booked are payable only with the final balance, on arrival.
When we have received the booking amount, we will email you an invoice showing the amount paid and the balance of the Holiday Home rental due and the cost of any extras which you have booked (if any). In some of our Holiday Homes a refundable security deposit is taken which, if required is adjusted against any damages to the property of misplacement of linen, cutlery etc.
The full amount is payable before the check-in and this will be indicated to you by the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will remind you of the payment date, the amount due and check how you want to pay.
On receipt of the booking amount, we will send you and email confirming booking details and any additional services you have ordered.
Step 3. How to Complete Booking Formalities after paying the Booking Amount
Fill in the simple on-line Holiday Booking Form and submit.
Step 4. How to Pay
The Sales Manager will help you with various payment options. You will be advised to either Book Online (only some properties have Online Booking available. Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking options are available) or transfer money to our HDFC Bank account. To transfer money online you will have to add us as a beneficiary, wait for a mandatory cool-off period (varies 30-minutes to 24 hours, depending on your bank) and then carry out the transfer.
Step 5. Changes To Your Booking
If you wish to change any details of your booking we will do our best to help, but give no guarantee in this regard. Any alterations after the booking is made will entail an alteration fee of Rs.1500/- per amendment. All alterations should be notified in writing by the person making the booking. Please make every effort to inform our office if there are any last minute changes to your arrival arrangements.
